In July and August 2019,  SavvY prepared a business plan for a concrete manufacturing plant located near Stepantsminda, Kazbegi. To assess the feasibility of the project SavvY’s team conducted market research, which included determining the current and future demand, the supply of concrete in the region and investigation into  and analysis of potential competitors. The work done for this project also included a site visit. The project team examined the plant territory, observed ongoing construction projects in the region and interviewed different stakeholders, local concrete suppliers and the construction project representatives.  Furthermore, the project team assessed the challenges that the industry faces today and came up with solutions to overcome them. The final step of the business plan represented a financial projection based on the next seven years.
