&nbsp;SavvY developed a business plan for a wine production factory that will be located in Telavi municipality, Kakheti. The project included market research as well as concept development and financial modeling. In order to assess the feasibility of the wine production, the SavvY team assessed the current and future demand and supply of wine in Georgia as well as in other countries and selected those that seem the most promising for the local producers to target,&nbsp; taking into account the characteristics of wine they offer.
