Business Plan For Granite Stone Mining

 SavvY prepared a business plan for granite stone mining and processing. The project will be held in the village Gelati, Tkibuli.  While working on the project, the SavvY team conducted a market research. The purpose of the market research was to assess the current situation in the granite mining industry in Georgia, to assess the supply and consumption of granite stone products and to identify sales opportunities in Georgia and abroad. Considering the planned construction and infrastructure projects throughout Georgia, the team estimated the expected consumption of granite stone. Based on the information gathered during the research phase, the team prepared a financial plan for 5 years. It should be noted that the financial model prepared by SavvY allows the comparison of financial indicators under different alternative scenarios. The financial viability of the project was assessed under the existing project.
