Feasibility Study for Laurel and Blueberry Cultivation

 SavvY carried out a feasibility study of laurel and blueberry garden cultivation on the 40 hectares land located in Ozurgeti municipality. While working on the project, SavvY team conducted a research on the laurel and blueberry market, which identified supply, demand and sales opportunities in Georgia. Based on the information gathered during the research, the assessment of the initial investment required for the project and the analysis of the prepared 10-year forecasted revenues and expenditures, the team prepared feasibility analysis of individual projects: 1. Laurel Garden and 2. Blueberry Garden. In addition, based on the biological analysis of the land, the team developed and evaluated the combined project, which involves dividing the land into two parts and cultivating both crops.
